Tom Martin



Simon Ridout

Managing Director

Simon joined Dimension 8 in 1992, and spent his first five years working on the production side of the company. In that time he developed his expertise in Octanorm construction, and also took charge of numerous contracts in the United Kingdom, mainland Europe and one contract in North America. Simon became Managing Director of Dimension 8 Ltd in January 2007.

Simon is keen on most sports, having won International honours at hockey, and is a long distance runner. Simon completed the Cardiff 2004, London 2005/2006/2009/2012, New York 2009 and Paris 2011 marathons.

Simon has been an ESSA (Event Service Suppliers Association) Board member since 2010.

Jon Porter

Sales Director

Jon Porter joined Dimension 8 in 2005 and has since became a Director of Sales. Jon's main role is raising awareness and sourcing new business for the company, and also plays a major role is ensuring each show runs smoothly pre, during and post event. Jon is responsible for targetting new sectors and has a good understanding of the globalisation of exhibitions.

Jon enjoys all sport, watching or playing. He used to water-ski and box for the army, and now enjoys more moderate sports such as golf.

Mark Jones

Electrical Operations Manager

Mark joined Dimension 8 in 2001 as the companies electrical division was rapidly expanding. Mark's role has evolved into heading up the operations side of the electrical division. Mark is responsible for projects across the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.

Mark enjoys keeping himself fit and completed the 2011 Paris Marathon.

Liz Board



Nathan Collier

Account Manager

Nathan joined Dimension 8 in February 2012 as an account manager. Nathan deals with enquiries and provides support to exhibition organizers and exhibitors as well as managing events onsite. Prior to working with Dimension 8 Nathan worked as an account manager in the Industrial construction industry before working with the electrical division of Dimension 8 in May 2011.

After leaving secondary education Nathan studied Law, Economics, Politics and Geography. Nathan's hobbies include playing football, tennis, mountain climbing, travelling and watching sport.
